ALLIANCE COREA
Seat of the Round Table Alliance and the Global Hapkido Federation - Trimmis, Switzerland
Alliance Corea is a Swiss cultural foundation devoted to the preservation, exchange, and living practice of Korean martial arts and philosophy, united with the European spirit of chivalry, cultural connection and education.
Founded upon the vision of Grandmaster Han, Jungdoo and inspired by the teachings of Dr. He-Young Kimm, the founder of Hanmudo, Alliance Corea bridges two worlds — the Korean art of harmony and motion, and the European tradition of discipline and noble conduct. Together, they form a living circle where martial wisdom becomes a path of understanding and friendship.
Our Core Goals
1. Preserve and Promote Korean Martial Heritage
Protecting the knowledge, values, and techniques passed down by generations of Korean masters, including the legacy of Dr. He-Young Kimm and the guidance of Grandmaster Han, Jungdoo.
2. Preserve and Promote Korean Martial Heritage
Protecting the knowledge, values, and techniques passed down by generations of Korean masters, including the legacy of Dr. He-Young Kimm and the guidance of Grandmaster Han, Jungdoo.
3. Develop Education and Quality Standards
Establishing structured learning systems that combine Korean depth with European precision, ensuring integrity and excellence in every stage of practice.
4. Unite Martial Arts and Chivalric Virtues
Reviving the knightly ideals of personal development, humility, courage, and service — where every practitioner walks both the martial and the moral path.
From its seat in Trimmis, Switzerland, Alliance Corea serves as both academy and sanctuary — a place where East meets West, and where motion becomes meditation. Here, the sword stands for clarity, the bow for focus, and the open hand for peace.
As part of the Round Table Alliance and home of the Global Hapkido Federation, Alliance Corea carries forward a timeless vow:
“To train with purpose, to serve with pride, and to build bridges between cultures — through the art of motion and the heart of mastery.”
